Asbestos surveys

This survey is required when you are planning on upgrading, refurbishing or demolishing your premises or property. We can conduct a thorough survey in compliance with legal regulations.

This type of survey is to inspect all areas in premises, which would normally be used/accessed in the day to day running of a business, and samples would be taken from any materials suspected of containing asbestos. These samples are then analysed at a UKAS accredited laboratory to confirm/refute if the materials contain asbestos. The results are then recorded in a report to allow the duty holder to manage any materials which contain asbestos in their premises.
